Machine summary
From the research for normal PCB boards, in which the percentages of the electronic components, baseboard,l and soldering tin are 58%, 37%, and 5% separately. And for every one-ton baseboards, it includes about 40%l metal materials and 60% nonmetals, which contain almost all the common elements in a periodic table. By estimate, for 1-ton computer circuit boards, it contains 0.5 kg gold, 130 kg copper, 10 kg iron, 60 kg Plumbum,l 40 kg tin, 36 kg nickel, 40 kg antimony, and some other rare precious metals, like Platinum, palladium, etc.
1.PCB Dismantling Line
Wanrooe PCB disassembly line features a coherent and environmentally friendly processing flow:
First, the fully automatic disassembly machine performs component separation on PCB circuit boards. During this process, by-products (including exhaust gases and a small amount of debris) enter a closed airlock valve. This valve:
·Intercepts debris to prevent downstream pipe blockages
·Seals airflow between front/rear sections to prevent backflow
·Smoothly transports exhaust gases to the purification stage
The gases then sequentially pass through:
1. Spray tower air purifier :
Performs initial removal of particulate matter and partial toxic substances
2. Photolysis oxygen + activated carbon adsorption chamber:
Achieves organic pollutant decomposition and deep adsorption
3. Oil fume purifier:
Conducts final-stage oil mist and fine particle refinement
After this multi-stage purification series, the treated gases meet environmental standards and are safely discharged.
2.Recycling Separation Line
1.Double Shaft Shredding: Dismantled PCBs are fed into a dual-shaft shredder for primary shredding, adapted for a 500 kg/h feed rate, the system coarse-shreds large PCB boards into 5-10 cm fragments, reducing downstream equipment processing load, preventing jamming from oversized material, and ensuring continuous feeding efficiency.
2.Hammer Crusher: Material enters a hammer crusher for secondary size reduction into granular particles. The shredded PCB fragments undergo fine crushing, processing them into 0.8-1.2 cm granular particles.
3.Pulverizer: The crushed granules are pulverized into 20-120 mesh PCB powder, achieving full liberation of metals (copper, tin) from non-metallic components (resin, fiberglass). This establishes optimal feed characteristics for subsequent separation processes.
4.Air Flow Separator: Powder undergoes air separation, separating lightweight non-metals (e.g. resin) from heavy metal particles via density differentials.
5.Electrostatic Separator: Material passes through an electrostatic separator, achieving high-precision separation of conductive metals (copper, aluminum) from non-metals using conductivity differences.
6.Pulse Dust Collector: Throughout the process, generated dust is continuously captured and purified by a pulse-jet dust collector.
