The Lithium ion Battery Recycling Line is used to recycle Cellphone Battery, Laptop Battery, (EV) Car Battery, Cylindrical Battery, Hard Shell Battery, Li-Polymer-Pouch Type Battery, Automotive Pack and Modules Batteries, Positive and Negative Plates etc.
Discharge tank: discharging the used lithium batteries to a non-electric state by self-discharging or immersing them in salt water to obtain non-electric lithium batteries. Conveyor belt:Responsible for transferring materials between various equipment to achieve continuous connection of production processes. Double shaft shredder: the lithium battery is shredded and processed and may catch fire during the shredding process, so it can be filled with nitrogen during the shredding process, or a more economical way is to put water in a bucket and add water. Heating oven: using electric heating, used to dry the battery electrolyte and moisture. Hammer crusher: to crush lithium batteries into 8-20mm. Vibrating sieving powder device: Screening crushed materials by particle size to separate particles of different dimensions, facilitating targeted subsequent separation (where different particle sizes correspond to different components). Pulverizer machine: grinding the metal into 15-20 mesh powder. Airflow separator: the powder after grinding and then specific gravity sorter, separating carbon powder, copper powder, aluminum film powder, etc. Electrostatic separator: Separating components (e.g., copper foil, aluminum foil, cathode active material, anode graphite, etc.) by leveraging differences in electrical conductivity to achieve high-precision purification of valuable materials. Pulse dust collector: Capturing dust generated in crushing and screening processes prevents air pollution while recovering entrained valuable components(e.g. cathode material particles).
