Open Add listing in the dashboard sidebar, choose the listing type (sell, buy, machinery, or jobs), complete the form with category, title, photos, quantity, and location, then publish. Your listing appears after review if moderation is enabled.
Go to My listings in your account, open the listing, and use Edit. Keep photos, pricing, and availability up to date so buyers see accurate information.
Open Profile (account settings). Add business activities, company details, logo, description, website, VAT / Tax ID, and certifications. A complete profile improves trust and discovery.
Complete the required supplier profile fields shown in your dashboard verification checklist — including business activities, company name, logo, description, website, and VAT / Tax ID. Verification status depends on profile completeness; additional verification steps may be added in the future.
Business activities describe what your company trades or processes. They power marketplace discovery and future Smart Matches by connecting your profile and listings to relevant buyers.
In account settings, open Business profile and upload your company logo. Use a clear square image for best results on listing cards and your public supplier profile.
Buyers can send messages through WasteMarkt chat and submit inquiries on your listings. Guest inquiries may also arrive by email. Reply quickly and keep your contact details current.
Complete your supplier profile, publish detailed listings with quality photos, keep pricing and location accurate, and maintain fast response times. Profile strength and verification readiness also affect how buyers perceive your company.
PRO Supplier and related premium tools are planned for the future. They may include enhanced placement, analytics, and trust badges. These features are not active yet — watch for announcements in your dashboard.
From My listings, open the listing menu and choose Close listing. This removes it from the marketplace. You can create a new listing anytime when your material or offer changes.
