Our company is a trading company based in Australia and we are associated with the end seller of UBC scrap in Kenya who has exported the product globally. We are pleased to offer as follows:

3. Origin: Kenya
4. Specification:
• Attachment: <2%
• Appearance: clean
5. MOQ: +/- 50MT (2 x 20’ FCL)
6. Packaging Baled. 25 – 30kg per bale loaded into 20’ containers
7. Inspection: SGS, COTECNA or equivalent at loading port at seller’s cost
8. Delivery terms:
a. CIF ASWP, or
b. EX-WORKS
9. Price:
a. CIF price: USD1,800/MT
b. Ex-works price: USD1,780/MT
10. Payment:
a. 100% irrevocable, non-transferable DLC MT700 at sight, issued by a top 50 prime bank, payable at loading port against full shipping document and inspection certificate issued by SGS or equivalent, or
b. TT upon successful inspection of the inventory by buyer
11. Performance bond issued by seller: 2% after receiving activated payment instrument
12. Insurance: 110% of shipment value
13. Shipment: within 14 days after receiving workable payment instrument

NOTE:
• In case of contract, it will be between the end seller in Kenya and the end buyer
• After SPA/ LC issuance, at its own cost buyer may station its representative full time at seller’s yard and throughout loading process.
