The material originates from an exterior siding manufacturer and consists of a production blend (substrate, capstock, and pigments). It is a fully formulated uPVC compound, including thermal stabilizers, lubricants, and impact modifiers, ready for processing.
This product is classified as off-spec (production surplus), but it is sorted and packaged by color. It remains perfectly suitable for various industrial applications, including profile extrusion, panels, fencing, or as a blending material with virgin or recycled PVC.
The material is dry, homogeneous, and easy to feed. It is currently packaged in gaylords. Full truckload or container shipments are available, with options for both domestic and international delivery.
