GDPR Information Clause
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
1. Data Controller

2. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing personal data is voluntary. However:
– it is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract, as well as to conclude and perform the contract,

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) to perform a contract or take steps at the request of the User prior to its conclusion (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
b) to exercise rights and fulfill obligations related to the contract – which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
c) to fulfill legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
d) in other cases – on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data Recipients
Personal data may be disclosed to:
a) entities authorized by law,
b) IT system providers supporting the Controller’s operations,
c) postal and courier companies,
d) business partners supporting the Controller’s operations.
5. Data Transfer
Data is not disclosed to other recipients unless required by law.
Data is not transferred to third countries.
6. Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored:
– for the time necessary to achieve the stated purposes,
– for the period required by law (e.g. tax, accounting regulations),
– in the case of contracts – also for the time necessary to pursue or defend claims.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
The User has the right to:
– access their data,
– rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data,
– data portability,
– object to data processing.
8. Withdrawal of Consent
If data is processed based on consent – it can be withdrawn at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
9. Right to Lodge a Complaint
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO),
if they believe that data processing violates GDPR regulations.
10. Automated Decision-Making
Personal data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
