Heavy-Duty Double Shaft Tire & Rubber Shredder Machine
The Tire & Rubber Shredder is engineered for the primary size reduction of whole tires and bulky rubber waste. Its low-speed, high-torque dual-shaft design delivers powerful cutting force to process passenger tires, truck tires, OTR tires, and industrial rubber products into uniform 30–80 mm rubber shreds, creating the ideal feedstock for downstream recycling. Designed for continuous heavy-duty operation, the machine combines durable alloy blades, intelligent PLC control, and a robust transmission system to maximize productivity while minimizing maintenance.
The Tire Shredder Machine is mainly used for the primary size reduction of waste tires and rubber materials. It shreds whole tires, truck tires, OTR tires, and other rubber products into uniform rubber chips, reducing material volume and preparing them for downstream recycling processes.
